This work adopts a secure e-Exam Management System (SeEMS) as an active resolve for students' evaluation in educational institutions and has the ability to conduct multiple e-Exams simultaneously for different academic subjects based on Bank of questions with a variety of questions types. The e-Examination (i.e., e-Assessment) measures or evaluates students' performance, which is considered a vital process in e-learning systems.

Many educational institutions realized its importance, benefits, and role in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of various aspects of education. The advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), within the previous decade, have initiated new educational methods leading to e-learning. To improve their performance through continuous training on computerized exams and to increase the student’s efficiency in this type of learning. It is recommended that, to take electronic exams and e-learning for students periodically. The questionnaire is made by distributed it among 30 students, and after the data analysis, the results have been collected have been represented a response rate of 100%. In this paper, Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL server have been proposed to develop the electronic exam. In additions, kept the grades of students and providing them automatically. This system depended on the client-server framework to convert the traditional exam environment into an electronic exam, providing multiple and different questions at the same time. In this paper, the sheet exam has been proposed to change into an electric exam (E-exam). Besides that, the arrangement of question papers and answer sheets process for a high number of students takes a long time. Therefore, they put in extra time and effort, and that leads to higher achievement. P> When students believe they can get smarter, they understand that effort makes them stronger.

To solve these problems, Near Field Communication (NFC) technology is used in this work to process examination attendance registration and the school fee verification system. In addition, valuable time is wasted on marking attendance of students who were present in the examination hall but did not enroll for the course because no automated system on ground to ascertain the eligibility of candidates for an examination.

This method also creates the room for students to outsmart invigilators by smuggling into the examination hall, scanned or forged identity cards and school fee receipts.

Over time, it has been observed that the manual method of examination invigilation and supervision has led to students deceiving invigilators by writing, answering or registering attendance in proxy for other students. The case is also the same for taking students' attendance. For instance, the obsolete process of students' school fees receipt verification during examination has been found to be cumbersome as well as time consuming and could also distract the attention of the students while writing their examinations. In spite of the proliferation of modern computing technologies in the education sector, the university management has continued to suffer from the manual process of performing academic and administrative functions of several institutions. The current university student examination management system and the challenges associated with it leave much to be desired.
